Processing & Handling Times

• Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Pre-Orders & Drops: Items marked as pre-orders or limited drops will ship according to the estimated shipping timeframe listed on the product page.

• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

• We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout through major carriers (USPS, UPS).

Packaging & Protection

• We understand that condition matters to collectors. All fragile items, figures, and blind boxes are packed using bubble wrap and sturdy box packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Address Accuracy & Modifications

• Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing checkout. Due to quick processing times and carrier fraud prevention guidelines, we cannot change shipping addresses once an order is placed.

• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
