Authenticity & General Policy
At Gwennie G’s Collectible Culture, we take pride in offering 100% authentic merchandise. Every item listed on our site is guaranteed genuine unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
Due to the nature of high-demand collectible items and recent fraudulent transaction activity—specifically instances where original items were returned replaced with counterfeit goods—we maintain a strict policy to protect our inventory and ensure fair pricing for genuine collectors.
Standard Terms

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.
Exceptions for Fulfillment Errors or Defects
We will only process a return, replacement, or refund if an obvious mistake was made on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent, missing item, or major undisclosed defect).
To be eligible for an exception, you must provide a continuous, unedited video recording of the unboxing process. The video must clearly show:

The unopened shipping package with the original shipping label and tracking details clearly legible.

The initial opening of the package and immediate inspection of the item, including visible date/time verification or timestamps.
How to Request an Exception

Contact us within 3 days of carrier delivery.

Provide your order number along with a link or file attachment of the unboxing video demonstrating the mistake or defect.

Once reviewed and approved, instructions for returning the item will be issued. Items returned without prior written authorization or required video verification will be refused and sent back at the sender's expense.
